It seems obvious to us that as we want to provide you with the best possible chocolate experience, we should use the best tasting chocolate we've been able to find. So that's what we do, we provide you with the finest Belgian chocolate crafted by Callebaut, chocolatiers with over 120 years of chocolate making heritage. For your fountain, you can choose from milk, dark or white chocolate or even strawberry, orange, cappuccino, caramel or honey chocolate! To help the chocolate melt and coat each and every dip perfectly, we add just the right amount of Callebaut Belgian Cocoa Butter to each fountain as it flows. This not only adds to the lustre of the chocolate, but also helps the fountain provide an even and balanced flow of chocolate, thus reducing the unattractive curtaining effect that you so often see when lower quality chocolate is being used. Some less discerning fountain operators add vegetable oil to their fountains in an attempt to achieve a similar effect and lower their costs. As you can imagine, adding vegetable oil to chocolate ruins the flavour and leaves a nasty taste on your palette.
